Dr Moreau has successfully passed all the US Medical Licensing Examinations and is ECFMG-certified as an International Medical Graduate.
He obtained his Naturopathic Medical Degree from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut. He has successfully passed the Naturopathic Medical Boards and is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and keeps active ties with American and French medical associations.
